Full NOC design, equipment procurement, and buildout for a regional ISP. Richesin Engineering handled everything from rack layout and structured cabling to UPS systems, environmental monitoring, and NMS/SNMP monitoring platform configuration.
The finished NOC gives the client real-time visibility into their entire network — CPE, backhaul, core routing, and power — with alerting, trending, and automated escalation workflows.
Integrating equipment from multiple vendors (Cambium, Mikrotik, Cisco, APC) into a unified monitoring plane, and designing rack layouts that allow future capacity growth without a rebuild.
Richesin Engineering used LibreNMS as the NMS backbone with Grafana dashboards for executive-level visibility, designed cable management for hot-swap access, and documented all configurations in a living network CMDB delivered to the client.
