We're a tight-knit team of engineers, climbers, splicers, and problem-solvers who work in places most contractors won't go. We're based in Madras, Oregon, but our projects take us to the Arctic, Pacific islands, and everywhere in between. We're growing and we're looking for people who are serious about their craft and don't take themselves too seriously.
Receptionist / Office Administrator
📍 Madras, OR (In-office)
The human face of a company full of people who are much better at crimping fiber than making small talk. Front desk, phones, scheduling, and keeping the office running.
Senior Sales Representative — Telecom & IT
📍 Oregon (Remote / Field)
Hunter sales role closing B2B accounts for telecom, fiber, Starlink, cybersecurity, and surveillance. You'll be persuasive without being annoying — a rare skill.
Senior Network Engineer
📍 Madras, OR (Remote OK)
Enterprise and carrier network design, architecture, and implementation in places where "run a new cable" means "charter a bush plane."
Fiber Splicing Technician
📍 Oregon / Alaska / Hawaii (Travel Required)
Certified fusion splicer for challenging environments. Precision tools, colorful fiber tubes, and (often) zero customer interaction. We'll buy the coffee.
Tower Climbing Technician
📍 Oregon (Travel Required)
Heights required. Great views, solid pay, and the permanent ability to say "yeah I do that for work" at parties. Fear of heights not compatible with this role.
Field Technician – Security & Systems Installer
📍 Central Oregon (Madras area)
Install security cameras, door access systems, and fiber drops. No experience required — we will train you. Starting at $20/hr. If you show up and work hard, the rest is teachable.
Low Voltage / Field Technician
📍 Central Oregon (Some travel)
Starlink installs, surveillance cameras, access control, and structured cabling across Central Oregon. Own a drill? Know how to use a level? You're ahead of 40% of applicants.
Outside Plant Manager
📍 Oregon / Alaska / Hawaii (Travel Required)
Lead a crew of tower climbers, fiber splicers, and OSP construction techs. If "OSP" is just an acronym to you, this isn't the right fit. If you've run cable and seen a fusion splicer more times than you can count, keep reading.
Project Manager — Telecom
📍 Madras, OR (Hybrid/Travel)
You'll manage projects where "on schedule" means "the bush plane landed." PMP or equivalent, 3+ years. OSP, ISP, or federal/tribal experience preferred.
Wildfire Communications Technician
📍 Pacific Northwest (Field/Travel)
Deploy comms infrastructure at wildland fire incident command posts. Satellites, smoke, stressed incident commanders — that's your office. Coffee provided. Sleep not guaranteed.
